This water-purification filtration facility and bath house, proposed for the lake in MacArthur Park and structured along a metro line, was conceived as a modern stoa for downtown Los Angeles.  The water filtration facility will constantly purify water for use in the various bath areas, and In times of disaster, the water purified by the facility would be gathered as drinking water.
